“I Bought My Dream Vintage Mustang After 5 Years of Saving. Then Metropolis Became a Battle Zone…”

Part 4: The Throw… and The Miss Arthur watched in absolute horror as his dream car—the fruit of five years of sweat, sleepless nights, and skipped meals—was raised ten feet in the air. Gasoline dripped from the fuel tank onto Superman’s shoulder.

Superman spun on his heels, wound back his arms, and hurled the classic muscle car down Main Street like a 3,000-pound dodgeball.

SWOOSH!

The Mustang flew gracefully through the air, its high-end chrome trim catching the sunlight one last time. Arthur dropped to his knees, clutching his chest as if he were having a heart attack.

The armored alien villain casually took one step to the left.

CRASH! BOOM!

The Mustang completely missed the villain by ten feet. It slammed directly into a brick wall of a bank, exploded into a fiery orange fireball, and crumbled into a useless pile of charred metal and burning tires.

The alien monster didn’t even flinch. It paused, looked at the burning wreckage, looked back at Superman, and let out a mocking laugh.

Superman hovered in the air, rubbed the back of his neck nervously, and mumbled, “Ah… bad trajectory. My bad.” Then he flew forward to punch the alien into the stratosphere.
