“Can we build trust?”
“Do our expectations match?”
“Do we communicate honestly?”
“Do we respect each other’s boundaries?”
“Are we both willing to put effort into this relationship?”
Those questions lead to much more useful answers.
Because a person’s worth cannot be measured by how quickly they become physically intimate.
And a relationship cannot be judged by attraction alone.
What matters is what two people build after the attraction begins.
If there is honesty, respect, communication, consistency, and mutual care, intimacy can become one part of a meaningful relationship.
If those things are missing, even the strongest attraction may not be enough to hold two people together.
